Make a checklist once

Give each list a title and choose Shopping, Travel, Preparation, Planning, Essentials or Other. Add the things you want to verify, then keep the finished list for the next occasion.

Edit the title, category and items as your needs change. Pin important items near the top so essentials remain easy to find during a longer checklist.

Reset for the next round

A manual reset clears all checkmarks while keeping the items themselves. Reuse a packing list for every trip or a preparation list before every event.

For daily routines, choose an automatic reset time separately for each checklist. This prepares the list for another day without rebuilding it or clearing each item individually.

Put items in a useful order

Sort by newest or oldest content edits, by name or reverse name order. Use alphabetical sorting for a shopping list or edit order to find recently changed instructions.

For a custom sequence, drag the handle beside each item in the editor. Your saved item order is also used by the home widget and watch.

Recognize lists with color

Choose from five color themes using the color icon beside the title. Item cards follow the selected theme, while checked items appear darker for a clear visual difference.

The home-screen widget uses coordinated background, text and icon colors too. Give shopping, travel and daily routines different themes to recognize them quickly.

Check from your home screen

Add a Double Check widget and select the list you want close at hand. Mark items directly from the home screen instead of opening the app for every check.

Use a widget for a morning routine or a list you return to throughout the day. It follows the list's saved order and selected color theme.

Carry the list on Wear OS

Install the watch app separately on your paired Wear OS watch. Open a list to check items from your wrist while shopping, packing or working with both hands.

Edit list content on the phone; titles, items and order are shared with the watch. Watch checkmarks and pins stay local to the watch, rather than acting as a shared completion state.

Reach recent lists with a watch Tile

Add the Double Check Tile to your Wear OS watch to see recently used list titles. Tap a title to open that checklist in the watch app.

The phone app menu can open the watch app or guide you to its installation. Keep the lists you regularly use within easy reach before the next routine.

Share a list or explore ideas

Share a checklist by URL so someone else can import a copy without logging in. Shared link content is uploaded and can be viewed by anyone who knows the link.

Explore offers public checklists to browse by category and sort by recency, popularity or downloads. Preview and download without signing in; Google sign-in is needed to upload your own public list.

Back up and recover reusable lists

Data Backup in the app menu saves lists, items, order, themes and automatic reset settings to a file. Import by merging matching IDs with existing data, or replace all data after confirmation.

Deleted lists move to the trash, where you can restore them or delete them permanently. Core lists remain stored locally and work offline; backup files exclude login and purchase information.
