How do I set the photo?

Install the mobile app My Photo Watch Frame, pick a photo, and it syncs to the watch face's round photo complication. In the watch's edit mode, assign that complication to the round slot.

Is there a second hand?

No. To save battery and keep things readable, it shows only the hour and minute hands plus 12 indices.

Can I swap the photo and clock positions?

Yes. Use the Layout option in edit mode to switch the photo and clock between top and bottom, so the subject of your photo is never covered by the clock.

What if the hands are hard to see over the photo?

Try changing the hand color (Classic White / Gold / Sky / Coral), switching the clock size to Large, or swapping the photo and clock positions. The hands have a dark outline so they stay readable even over bright photos.
